Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own growth strategy and systems that help people find, start, and stick with mental health care. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and AI, driving acquisition, activation, and retention across the member journey from first touchpoint through ongoing engagement. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end growth funnel (awareness → sign-up → intake → first session → ongoing engagement), identifying major levers for growing active users and deepening product usage, and building a prioritized roadmap of experiments and features. You'll design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement flows. Close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations is essential to ship and expand features that increase member engagement. You'll define and track north-star and guardrail metrics centered on active users (WAU, feature adoption rate, sessions per active member, churn) alongside acquisition metrics. The role includes identifying underused features or care touchpoints and driving initiatives to expand their reach. You'll develop AI-powered features such as intelligent matching, personalized nudges, and conversational intake that drive activation and engagement. Translating qualitative member feedback and quantitative data into clear product requirements is core to the role. You'll build a strong testing culture with clear hypotheses, rigorous measurement, and fast iteration. Success requires balancing growth goals with the sensitivity and trust required in behavioral health, ensuring experiments never compromise member care or safety. This is a hands-on, hybrid role (2 days per week in-office) based out of one of four hubs: Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate thinks in funnels and cohorts, moves fast on experiments, and cares deeply about outcomes behind the metrics.
