Payoneer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally. This role encompasses Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay, and similar financial constructs.
You will drive the full credit product lifecycle—from eligibility and offer creation through underwriting, disbursement, collections, and renewal—designing for speed, scale, and trust. Partner closely with Data Science and Risk teams to shape credit models and implement risk-based pricing strategies. Lead geographic and currency expansion while deepening marketplace integrations.
Key responsibilities include defining north-star metrics and running experiments to move them, collaborating across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM teams to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products at scale, end-to-end from discovery to production. You should have proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk teams, strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design, and experience navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in lending.
