Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for workforce management solutions, specifically timekeeping and labor tracking systems. This role sits within CorpOS, Anduril's internal system-of-systems that powers supply chain, accounting, manufacturing, field maintenance, and people operations across the organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy for workforce management capabilities, balancing innovation with practical implementation in a high-growth, mission-critical environment. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a 12–18 month product roadmap through continuous stakeholder engagement, driving build-vs-buy decisions, and serving as the primary product owner conducting discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners across People Operations, Finance, Legal, and Operations. The role requires strong stakeholder management across competing priorities, translating diverse needs into a unified product vision, and communicating roadmaps and trade-offs to leadership with clarity. You will use AI-powered analytics and design tools to identify patterns, rapidly prototype solutions, and translate complex compliance requirements (labor laws, union agreements, government contracting regulations) into user-friendly interfaces. You'll partner closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and user stories, collaborate with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure solutions meet both user and compliance needs, and monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality metrics to inform roadmap decisions. The role also involves creating documentation, training materials, and change management plans to drive adoption and ensure audit readiness for government compliance. Required: 7+ years of product management or program management experience; proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; strong design thinking and creative problem-solving; experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000–20,000+ employees); exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations; ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications; strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools; experience with AI-powered analytics and design tools. Preferred: experience with workforce planning and scheduling tools for manufacturing or operations; technical skills in SQL, API integrations, data modeling; background in high-security or defense industry environments; exposure to ERP and HCM platforms (Rippling, Oracle, Workday, ADP, etc.).
