Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the cloud video platform roadmap as the company's video business scales across native hardware, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations. You will drive product strategy and execution for end-to-end cloud video workflows including onboarding, live viewing, playback, video management, and search capabilities.
Key responsibilities include: owning the complete product roadmap for cloud video platforms and third-party integrations; leading cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams; conducting customer discovery to translate user insights and operational feedback into prioritized product requirements; and establishing product benchmarks and metrics to evaluate system performance and user engagement.
This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, platform APIs, user interfaces, and integration ecosystems—not hardware engineering or camera firmware. You will own product vision, discovery, roadmap prioritization, and technical tradeoffs rather than serving as a project manager or isolated UI designer. Your work spans customer-facing web applications, technical cloud architecture, and backend data pipelines.
You bring demonstrated product management experience building SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems. You can lead technical product initiatives spanning both customer-facing applications and complex backend systems, with fluency in cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable infrastructure. You have strong customer-focused discovery habits and a track record of translating qualitative feedback and telemetry into clear priorities. Experience with video streaming technologies, third-party platform integrations, or enterprise software ecosystems is a plus.
