Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Platform team and drive the product roadmap for Secret Server and privileged access management (PAM) capabilities. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management and work in close collaboration with product owners, designers, engineers, and technical writers across the organization. In this role, you will own key areas of the Secret Server roadmap with a primary focus on developing tooling that enables on-premises customers to upgrade to the Delinea Platform. You will work directly with customers and partners to understand their privileged access and credential management challenges, translating those needs into clear product requirements and use cases. You'll collaborate with engineering and UX teams to deliver secure, intuitive PAM workflows covering credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to balance new PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments; contributing to overall product strategy with PM leadership to align roadmaps across related areas; and serving as a product evangelist for PAM solutions. You will support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates, and partner with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new releases. You bring at least 5 years of product management or product owner experience using Agile methodologies, working with customers of all sizes. You have hands-on experience with IT systems (both on-premises and cloud), strong understanding of cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management concepts, and proven experience building and delivering SaaS software. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar field is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus. Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are advantageous. You excel at written and oral communication, presentation skills, and thrive in collaborative environments. Travel up to 25% is expected.
