As Senior Product Manager for User Interfaces, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Volta's customer-facing dashboards, consoles, and APIs. Your mission is to make complex AI infrastructure intuitive and enjoyable to use.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving the product roadmap for user-facing interfaces and dashboards
- Partnering with design and engineering teams to ship reliable, intuitive user experiences
- Gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to inform interface improvements
- Establishing success metrics for usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with customer success and support teams to identify pain points
- Balancing customer-facing simplicity with underlying infrastructure complexity
- Communicating roadmap and priorities clearly to engineering, design, and leadership
You should have product management experience in developer tools, dashboards, or infrastructure UI. Strong product sense, close collaboration with design, and ability to engage with technical customers are essential. You'll need a track record of shipping user-facing products that balance simplicity with power, plus excellent communication and prioritization skills.
