Brex is an intelligent finance platform serving tens of thousands of companies globally with corporate cards, banking, spend management, and travel software. The Senior Product Manager for Travel will own and scale Brex's integrated travel experience, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery and booking through trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation.
You will be responsible for building a cohesive travel product that connects seamlessly with Brex Card and Expense Management, turning partner technology, inventory, and servicing capabilities into differentiated customer experiences. Your scope includes strategy and roadmap ownership, adoption and bookings metrics, and leveraging AI to reduce friction for both travelers and administrators.
Key responsibilities include: owning the travel strategy and roadmap; building the complete journey across discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation; connecting travel with card and expense management so booking context flows through payment and accounting; transforming partner technology into a differentiated Brex product; owning adoption, repeat usage, bookings, travel volume, conversion, and reliability metrics; improving payment, change, disruption, and support workflows; applying AI across planning, booking, trip management, servicing, and reconciliation; and aligning cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, Customer Success) around outcomes.
You should have a track record of owning and growing end-to-end products, ideally with experience in travel, online booking, marketplaces, or operationally complex domains. Strong customer judgment combined with fluency in backend systems and operations is essential. Experience building on partner, platform, inventory, or servicing infrastructure, quantitative ownership of marketplace metrics, and practical judgment about AI applications are required. Travel product experience is strongly preferred, though adjacent marketplace, payments, booking, or complex consumer-product experience can translate.
The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work available.
