Brex is an intelligent finance platform serving tens of thousands of companies globally with corporate cards, banking, spend management, and travel software. The Travel product is a critical part of Brex's offering, integrating discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation into a unified experience. As Senior Product Manager for Travel, you will own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Brex Travel. Your responsibilities include building the complete customer journey from discovery through reconciliation, connecting travel seamlessly with Brex Card and Expense Management so booking context flows through payment and accounting workflows. You will partner with technology, inventory, and servicing partners to transform their capabilities into differentiated Brex products. You will drive quantitative outcomes including adoption, repeat usage, bookings, travel volume, conversion, and reliability. You'll improve payment, change, disruption, and support workflows for both travelers and administrators. A key focus is leveraging AI across planning, booking, trip management, servicing, and reconciliation to eliminate manual work and reduce customer effort. You will align cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success—around shared outcomes and key decisions. This role requires deep customer judgment combined with fluency in backend systems, operations, payments, and exception handling. The ideal candidate has a track record of owning and growing end-to-end products in travel, online booking, marketplaces, or other operationally complex domains. You should have quantitative ownership experience with adoption, bookings, volume, or comparable marketplace metrics. Travel product experience is strongly preferred, though adjacent marketplace, payments, booking, or complex consumer-product experience can translate. You'll need practical judgment about how AI can reduce customer and operational effort.
