Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of traditional finance (TradFi) options products. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for options trading features that bridge cryptocurrency and traditional finance markets. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, trading, compliance, and risk teams to deliver world-class options trading experiences to Binance's 300+ million users across 100+ countries.
Key responsibilities include: defining product strategy and requirements for options products; conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the TradFi-crypto convergence space; collaborating with engineering and design to build and iterate on features; working with trading and risk teams to ensure product safety, liquidity, and compliance; driving user adoption through go-to-market planning; and mentoring junior product team members.
You will leverage Binance's industry-leading security infrastructure, deep liquidity, and fast trading engine to create innovative options products. The role offers exposure to both cryptocurrency and traditional finance markets, positioning you at the intersection of two major financial ecosystems. You will report to the Head of Product and have the opportunity to shape how millions of users access options trading globally.
