EvolutionIQ, part of CCC Intelligent Solutions (NASDAQ: CCC), is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-first products for the Short Term Disability (STD) product line. You will own features and initiatives across STD modules and execute an ambitious multi-year roadmap delivering next-generation workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision guidance technologies to disability carrier customers.
Key responsibilities include: working closely with data science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities; driving roadmap and execution for AI-first products; building and shipping AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims; working directly with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems and test product concepts; getting early concepts in front of customers to inform what to build next; partnering with customer success, sales, and product marketing on go-to-market strategy; writing code and building working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools; defining clear value propositions and kill criteria; and contributing to the strategic direction of STD products.
You will take product concepts from blank page to working prototypes deployed at the largest insurance carriers in the world, shape the future of disability claims handling through AI-first products, work across a broad product surface from modernizing established revenue-generating products to launching entirely new AI-first lines, develop deep expertise in a massive complex industry being reshaped by AI, and operate at the intersection of a market-leading enterprise with unmatched data and carrier relationships and an AI-native team that ships like a startup.
Ideal candidates have built something from nothing at least once at a company where velocity and scrappiness were the norm. You think about products in terms of economic and workflow problems they solve for specific buyers. You have gone deep in at least one complex regulated vertical (fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM, or similar) and can speak specifically about how you built that understanding. You are technical enough to contribute directly to working software, build alongside engineers using AI coding tools, and have led at least one product where AI was core to the value proposition. You use AI tools daily in your actual work as part of how you operate. You are comfortable working across multiple disciplines and teams, energized by breadth rather than needing a single fixed lane. You have real discipline around killing work that isn't working and the intellectual honesty to walk away from something you've built when customer signal says no.
