Catawiki is a curated online marketplace for special and exceptional objects, auctioning over 100,000 unique items weekly across categories from sports memorabilia to fine art. The company has sold over 25 million objects and is scaling rapidly as a venture-backed marketplace.
As Senior Product Manager for Shipping, you will own the end-to-end shipping experience that connects buyers and sellers on the platform. This is a critical function: after an item is won at auction, successful delivery and condition verification determine customer satisfaction and seller payouts. You'll work within the Fulfilment vertical alongside engineers, designers, and data scientists to solve complex logistics challenges at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the shipping product roadmap and prioritization, from carrier partnerships to cost optimization to user experience improvements
- Managing relationships with shipping partners and logistics aggregators globally
- Conducting customer research and behavioral analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Running A/B experiments and data-driven analysis to validate hypotheses and build product knowledge
- Stakeholder management across commercial teams, customer support, operations, and seller experts
- Driving operational efficiency improvements and overcoming organizational resistance to change
- Executing with clear outcomes and meticulous measurement
You bring 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, with demonstrated expertise in shipping or logistics domains. You are customer-centric, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-growing environments, communicate clearly, ask probing questions, and have the energy and urgency to get things done. Fluent English required.
