As Senior Product Manager for Securities & Commodities, you will own end-to-end product strategy and execution for core traditional financial offerings, including equity trading, margin trading, and Real-World Assets (RWAs). This is a high-ownership role building Europe's leading multi-asset platform at the intersection of traditional finance and fintech.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full product ownership of end-to-end flows within securities and commodities, including equity trading, margin trading, and RWAs
- Define detailed specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines as the core product lead across cross-functional teams
- Connect front-end investing interfaces with complex back-end technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure
- Translate complex regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II) into intuitive, transparent user experiences for retail investors
- Drive high shipping velocity and on-time feature delivery in collaboration with Engineering and Business Operations
- Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to optimize product performance and user engagement
You bring 4+ years of Product Management experience building retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms, ideally in regulated fintech or banking contexts. You have solid domain understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and taxation. You understand market infrastructure including stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries. You are data-driven, analytically minded, with exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial and regulatory topics into actionable product direction. You thrive in collaborative, pragmatic, fast-moving environments with high ownership.
