The Senior Product Manager will drive key products from concept to release, owning the product backlog, writing detailed specifications and acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with engineering, R&D, AI, and data science teams to keep releases on schedule.
You will define product vision and customer needs in the neurodiagnostics and critical care spaces, translating them into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include end-to-end product ownership from business case through customer adoption; AI integration with machine learning and data science teams; regulatory and compliance leadership ensuring alignment with FDA requirements and 21 CFR 820.30 design controls; and release lifecycle management across diverse regulatory landscapes. The role requires deep expertise in medical device and software product development, with 7+ years of experience in the space. Strong background in neurodiagnostics (particularly EEG technologies), AI-driven product development, and regulatory processes for FDA 510(k) submissions and design controls is essential. Experience with consulting, device sales, and hardware/software integration in medical devices is a plus. You will report directly to the Executive Director of Product & Design and collaborate with key opinion leaders in North America and globally to drive innovation in critical care diagnostics.
