Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual
Via is transforming transportation globally through technology, operating shared mobility platforms that serve tens of thousands of riders daily, particularly from low-income communities. As Senior Product Manager for Rider and Driver Mobile Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of next-generation mobile applications serving both riders and drivers across Via's public sector partnerships.
You will define and execute the overarching product strategy for rider and driver platforms, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to expand reach across geographies, diverse user profiles, and multi-provider offerings. Key responsibilities include developing scalable functionality that accommodates complex service deployments with diverse policies around mobility, payments, and user communication. You'll convert user research and operational insights into clear product specifications by identifying core problems, formulating hypotheses, and defining success criteria.
You will analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to align stakeholders and refine product development cycles. You'll establish a rigorous, data-informed prioritization framework that evaluates ROI of feature requests to guide scoping and roadmapping decisions. As a central liaison across cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business, you'll engage in detailed day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience in successful startups or large global companies. You have owned a broad set of products, led a product domain or line across a company, and built category-leading products. You digest market research and customer feedback while understanding technical requirements and constraints to envision great products. You have demonstrated success with AI and emerging technologies, shipping AI-powered solutions that create meaningful value. You excel at end-to-end product lifecycle management from planning through launch, with strong analytical abilities and business acumen. Experience in public transit, mapping, SaaS, or accessibility is a plus.
