Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual
Via is transforming transportation through technology, operating at scale across public mobility and shared transit solutions. As Senior Product Manager for Rider and Driver Mobile Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of next-generation mobile platforms serving tens of thousands of daily riders, with particular focus on underserved communities and public sector partnerships.
You will define the product vision for integrated rider and driver experiences, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to expand across geographies and user segments. Key responsibilities include developing scalable functionality for complex service deployments with diverse policies around mobility, payments, and communications; converting user research and operational insights into clear product specifications; analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to align stakeholders; establishing data-informed prioritization frameworks to guide roadmapping; and serving as central liaison across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
The role combines strategic thought leadership with pragmatic execution—translating multi-modal transportation experiences across public sector customers, riders, and drivers while maintaining product quality and user delight.
You bring 5+ years of product management experience in global-scale startups or large companies, with a track record of owning broad product portfolios and building category-leading products. You excel at synthesizing market research, customer feedback, technical constraints, and business acumen into compelling product visions. You have demonstrated success shipping AI-powered solutions and managing end-to-end product lifecycles from planning through launch. Experience in public transit, mapping, SaaS, or accessibility is valued. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, are a proactive self-learner, strong communicator, and collaborative team player.
