Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the revenue tracking and data roadmap for its Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on building systems that enable quoting, billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking across the Ibotta Performance Network. Currently, revenue reporting relies on manual processes and spreadsheets; this PM will drive the transition to a unified data layer connecting account engagement, spend, revenue, and expansion.
Key responsibilities include: driving the revenue tracking backlog (data integrity, segmentation, revenue recognition, self-serve visibility); partnering with Revenue Strategy & Operations to build a vision for revenue data and forecasting; delivering a Revenue Systems data mart spanning engagement, spend, revenue, and upsell; replacing spreadsheet-based account administration with governed tooling; establishing shared data definitions and governance; owning Salesforce CPQ through its sunset; running weekly operating rhythms (intake, triage, board review); and defining run-state processes for all shipped systems.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management or revenue operations, preferably on internal platforms, revenue systems, or CRM-adjacent products. Required skills include hands-on Salesforce expertise (data models, admin tooling, objects, hierarchies, permissioning); daily AI fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot); experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash systems; analytics/BI fluency (Looker or similar); working knowledge of revenue recognition, forecasting, and quote-to-cash processes; ability to balance roadmap delivery against operational rhythm; bias toward interim solutions; and clear communication with executives and engineers. A BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or related field is preferred.
This is a high-leverage, execution-heavy role requiring 3 days in-office (Tuesday–Thursday). Ibotta offers competitive pay, flexible time off, medical/dental/vision benefits, ESOP, 401k match, paid parking, and snacks. Relocation assistance available.
