Delinea is an identity security platform company that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the remote access client portfolio, spanning privileged remote access management (PAM) and workforce password management.
You will manage a diverse set of access modalities including browser-based remote access to SaaS and IT resources (clientless, zero-install access with recording and monitoring), browser extensions and workforce password management (Delinea Credential Manager), mobile applications for credential management and authentication, and desktop client solutions for IT staff requiring high-performance session management.
This is a high-ownership role in a globally distributed organization. Key responsibilities include: developing and articulating a multi-year product vision and strategy aligned to company objectives and market opportunity; translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap across browser-based access, browser extensions, and mobile applications; defining a coherent access experience across modalities with consistent policy enforcement and audit behavior; anticipating access pattern evolution and sequencing investment to maintain portfolio extensibility; establishing market perspective through customer, partner, and analyst engagement; partnering with Engineering, UX, QA, and Support to deliver high-quality solutions; balancing sustaining investment in established clients against platform migration and new capabilities; defining adoption and success metrics; and shaping go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing.
You will operate across Engineering, UX, Architecture, Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, engaging directly with customer business users, systems administrators, security architects, and end users to validate direction. The role requires translating complex technical and business requirements into coherent product strategy while managing trade-offs across a heterogeneous portfolio.
