TrustLayer is building an AI-powered risk operating system that helps businesses manage third-party risk, compliance, and insurance verification. We're seeking a technical, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle and scale our platform.
You'll drive product discovery by working directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and define clear product opportunities. You'll shape pitches around prototypes, testing ideas early to de-risk big bets, and collaborate with engineering to size development cycles effectively. You'll use data and customer insights to validate assumptions, kill bad ideas early, and double down on what works.
On execution, you'll own the lifecycle of your bets from shaping and pitching through delivery and ensuring impact. You'll partner closely with engineering and GTM teams to prototype quickly, validate technical feasibility, and drive continuous iteration. You'll instrument analytics, define event taxonomies, and measure impact across activation, time-to-value, compliance, and adoption. You'll run structured experiments on pricing, positioning, and feature rollouts to move key business outcomes.
This role requires a technical mindset—you're comfortable reading code, exploring APIs, and building quick prototypes to accelerate learning. You'll leverage AI-powered tools and workflows across discovery and prototyping to test solutions faster. You'll also collaborate with GTM teams on positioning and launch strategy, ensuring products resonate with market needs.
