Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end integration strategy for its public safety platform. This role owns the technical product vision for connecting disparate law enforcement systems—including CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, and alerts—into unified, automated data pipelines that accelerate agency operations. Key responsibilities include architecting the integration strategy across multiple public safety systems; establishing data governance, modeling, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, and auditability; designing intuitive search, mapping, and investigative experiences that help officers and analysts move from questions to action; directing cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners; and optimizing onboarding and data ingestion to reduce customer friction. This is a technical product management role focused on backend data platform architecture, API ecosystems, and cross-system data integration—not front-end features, vendor management, or manual support operations. You will build automated data pipelines, governance gates, and self-serve integration models. Required qualifications include proven product management experience with technical platforms, data ingestion, APIs, or integration products; deep technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems; practical experience with large-scale, multi-source data systems requiring normalization and complex permission models; and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear workflows for operational users. Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS standards, or law enforcement record systems is a plus. Flock Safety supports over 1 million criminal investigations annually and has located more than 10,000 missing people. The company is backed by over $1B in funding and employs 1,700 people. While remote, the company prioritizes candidates in Atlanta and Boston for hub-based collaboration.
