Nexthink is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Platform group and shape the foundations for the company's next generation of AI-driven capabilities. The company is undergoing a significant platform evolution, rethinking its core architecture to scale for the future and enable new AI-powered experiences.
In this role, you will work on foundational platform capabilities that make Nexthink more open, modular, and intelligent, enabling faster feature delivery and greater impact. A key mission is to make Nexthink dramatically simpler to adopt, deploy, and realize value from—requiring significant platform simplification and deep AI integration to guide customers through setup, configuration, and insights.
You will be a systems thinker who translates ambiguity into structure and connects strategy with execution. You'll help redefine how the platform supports AI-first use cases and drive cross-team collaboration to make it real.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and evolve platform capabilities that make the product faster to build on, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences
- Partner with engineering and feature teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration, setup, and ongoing management for IT teams
- Work with other platform PMs and feature PMs to identify integration points and design reusable, high-impact components
- Define clear platform outcomes, technical abstractions, and trade-offs that align engineering, data, and product priorities
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to translate long-term technical initiatives into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable impact
- Anticipate cross-domain dependencies and make prioritization decisions that keep the platform aligned and reliable

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems, define scalable solutions, and connect technical trade-offs to business value
- Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams and translate complex concepts into clear outcomes
- Clear, concise, and structured communicator able to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
- Professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and adaptable mindset; self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and learns new technical domains quickly
- Passionate about solving challenging problems in constructive, cross-functional, and global team settings
