monday.com is building an AI-native, agentic platform where intelligence is a core architectural component. The company is transforming its CRM product into an AI-native suite with autonomous agents and workflows embedded across the customer lifecycle. The CRM Sales group is at the forefront of this transformation, enabling users to run core CRM workflows through proactive agentic experiences that help revenue teams close more deals on desktop and mobile. As Senior Product Manager for CRM Sales, you will own product strategy and execution for a core pillar of the revenue platform, working at the intersection of AI-powered agentic experiences, deep CRM workflows, and enterprise-grade reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CRM Sales workflows, including pipeline management, deal execution, and agentic automation - Align product strategy with company-wide goals for AI-driven revenue transformation, working with executive leadership and stakeholders - Translate market trends, competitive signals, and customer insights into differentiated product strategy - Own ideation, prototyping, and delivery of AI-powered experiences that proactively surface insights, automate tasks, and guide revenue teams - Collaborate with AI/ML and data teams to define the intelligence layer powering CRM recommendations, alerts, and automation - Identify high-leverage moments in the sales cycle where agentic assistance creates value - Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, data science, analytics, and GTM to ship features efficiently - Define success metrics, instrument data collection, and use quantitative and qualitative signals to inform prioritization - Ensure experiences work seamlessly across desktop and mobile - Partner with adjacent product groups (AI Agents, Automations, Analytics, Enterprise) to ensure seamless integration - Work with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and inform go-to-market strategy - Represent the voice of the customer internally, championing pain points and opportunities Requirements: - 5+ years in product management with a strong track record of owning and shipping impactful B2B SaaS products (must-have) - Experience working with AI, ML, or automation-driven features; ability to reason about tradeoffs in agentic product design - Natural ownership mindset — comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and driving through complexity - Experience working in a fast-growing global SaaS company across distributed teams - Excellent communication skills — able to distil complex product decisions into clear narratives for engineers, designers, and executives - Data-driven approach: use metrics and qualitative research to frame problems and validate solutions - Customer obsession — regularly talk to users, stay close to support signals, let real pain points drive roadmap - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; earn trust through clarity, follow-through, and shared outcomes Nice-to-Have: - Experience building mobile-first or cross-platform (desktop + mobile) product experiences - Background in enterprise SaaS, multi-stakeholder selling environments, or sales enablement tooling - Familiarity with conversational AI, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation products
