EliseAI is a Series E-funded AI company (recently raised $250M led by Andreessen Horowitz) focused on transforming housing and healthcare through agentic AI. The company integrates AI agents into existing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. In housing, EliseAI simplifies apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests, and resident communication. In healthcare, it streamlines appointment scheduling, intake forms, and patient-provider communication.
The Future Platforms team operates as a startup within a startup, blending go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO). This team is responsible for executing the next generation of AI products and business lines, with a mandate to push the frontier of AI and own everything from idea to market leadership.
As an AI Deployments PM, you will own customer deployments from initial discovery through successful launch. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to bridge the gap between a customer's commitment and a live product. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive deployments alongside customers and internal teams, work through complex customer data, and identify blockers before products go live. You'll also help establish clearer, more repeatable deployment processes as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include: owning customer deployments end-to-end while keeping work on track and resolving blockers; working directly with customer operations leaders, accounting controllers, and property managers to understand their processes and requirements; analyzing customer data to identify discrepancies and determine how information should flow into EliseAI's products; partnering with Product and Engineering to investigate issues, set priorities, and translate deployment learnings into product improvements; building practical processes and documentation to accelerate future deployments; communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders; and attracting top-tier talent to the team.
The company emphasizes moving at rocket speed, building something massive, and operating with full autonomy and no micromanagement. You'll have the opportunity to write the playbook rather than follow one, learning from both successes and failures with strong team support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and ownership of complex projects (consulting, banking, data analytics, or early-stage startup experience is a strong fit)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with spreadsheets and imperfect data
- Ability to spot patterns, get to the root of problems, and make progress when the path forward is unclear
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mentality with ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to do hands-on work to ensure deployment success
- Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical field is a plus
- Willingness to work in person at the NYC office 4-5 days per week
