monday.com is seeking an AI Knowledge & Intelligence Specialist to own the AI product knowledge infrastructure for its Customer-Centric Operations (CCO) team. This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, enablement, and internal communication, serving as the deep AI product expert who keeps the entire CCO organization sharp on monday's rapidly evolving AI platform.
You will work directly with Product and Engineering teams to stay ahead of every release and translate new capabilities into structured enablement content before features ship. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate, up-to-date knowledge on AI features, agents, pricing, and positioning; delivering knowledge through live formats including internal webinars, product update presentations, and knowledge sessions; and upskilling the CCO Academy group through a mix of written resources and live delivery.
You'll embed within an assigned POD to provide the product intelligence that drives their enablement work, proactively identify knowledge gaps before they become blockers, and contribute to agentifying the documentation and release communication process. This is not a passive documentation role—you are a multiplier who writes guides, runs webinars, presents releases, and ensures the entire team walks away with deeper expertise.
monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers across departments to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform. The company operates with an ownership-driven culture and moves fast to build products that matter.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in product knowledge, technical writing, product enablement, or customer education at a B2B SaaS company
- Genuine depth of curiosity about AI products—you want to understand how agents work, not just what they do
- Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences
- Confident presenter: comfortable running webinars, presenting product updates to groups of all sizes, and making complex content engaging
- Organized and systematic approach: you build processes, not just documents
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams
- Fast learner who can keep pace with monday's rapidly evolving AI platform
- Nice to have: experience with knowledge management systems, background in AI or technical products, experience building self-serve learning resources
