As Senior Product Manager for Permissions, you will own the design, development, and rollout of key features for the core Application team. You'll be responsible for prioritizing work based on business value, customer needs, and overall company strategy. Your role involves effectively managing and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders regarding roadmap, timelines, requirements, and escalations.
You'll coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Client Services, and Sales teams to deliver impactful product solutions. Building deep business context and user empathy will be critical—you'll research and define product development efforts that meaningfully improve the patient support experience. You'll also drive release and sprint planning to ensure customer delivery dates are consistently met.
This role requires 6-8 years of direct product management experience, with demonstrated expertise in defining and executing B2B enterprise SaaS products, particularly in healthcare or CRM domains. You should be comfortable with agile methodologies, creative problem-solving, and defining measurable success metrics for product initiatives. Your ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant product solutions will be key to success.
