Fetch is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of its community services platform. You will own end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows supporting Fetch's Package, Market, Storage, and Trash services as the company expands new verticals nationwide. In this role, you'll be the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership. You will develop deep subject matter expertise through research, data analysis, and hands-on discovery with internal operators and service partners. Your responsibilities include identifying high-leverage opportunities and success criteria that support strategic product roadmaps while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability. You'll lead product discovery and delivery across the full lifecycle—from ideation through discovery, development, and launch—driving measurable business outcomes. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to deliver solutions that are technically sound, user-centered, and operationally efficient. Data will be central to your work: you'll use it to inform prioritization, evaluate tradeoffs, and assess impact through experimentation and post-launch analysis. As Fetch scales new service verticals and enters new markets, you'll continuously improve operational tooling and workflows. The company offers a flexible hybrid work schedule with dedicated remote days and a centrally located office in downtown Austin. Additional benefits include unlimited PTO, comprehensive health benefits, a stocked kitchen, and regular team events. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology-driven businesses (logistics, gig-marketplace, or operations-heavy environments preferred) - Proven experience owning complex internal or operational products, not just customer-facing features - Strong ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Analytics - Demonstrated success driving data-informed decision making, including experimentation and hypothesis testing - Comfortable getting hands-on with data and performing ad-hoc analysis to inform product direction - Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product plans - Experience prioritizing roadmaps in the context of company goals, resource constraints, and operational realities - Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product discovery techniques - Team-oriented mindset with humility, humor, and adaptability
