Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Non-Human Identity (NHI) portfolio, a critical and rapidly growing segment of identity security. Non-human identities—including service accounts, secrets, API keys, tokens, certificates, and AI agents—now vastly outnumber human identities and represent a major security frontier. In this role, you will own the strategic vision and execution for Delinea's NHI offerings, including the established DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) and Account Lifecycle Manager (ALM) products, while pioneering next-generation capabilities for machine identity discovery, control, and posture management across cloud and traditional infrastructure. Key responsibilities include developing and communicating a compelling product vision aligned with company goals; owning the roadmap, execution, and lifecycle of existing NHI products; balancing customer outcomes, technical investment, and business priorities; defining modern capabilities for machine identities across hybrid environments; leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization; collaborating with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, support); defining adoption and success metrics; and staying current on NHI, machine identity, and AI-agent security trends. You will operate with high ownership, lead cross-functional initiatives, influence key stakeholders, and ensure the NHI portfolio remains market-leading within Delinea's Identity Security Platform. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred); 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in security or identity infrastructure software; strong understanding of non-human and machine identity concepts (secrets management, service accounts, certificates/PKI, API keys, tokens, workload identity); familiarity with modern identity standards (SPIFFE/SPIRE, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, X.509, mTLS, workload identity federation); and working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
