Jerry.ai is a fintech platform that simplifies ownership of major assets—cars and homes—by consolidating insurance, repairs, financing, and maintenance into a single app. Founded in 2019, the company has grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, achieved 70X revenue scaling, and turned profitable in early 2024. Starting with car insurance as a top-three U.S. broker, Jerry has expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and repair marketplaces. The company is now entering new verticals including home, motorcycle, RV, and boat insurance, plus adjacent services like property tax savings tools. You will join as a Senior Product Manager owning one of several new product bets. These include motorcycle insurance (recently launched), home insurance (recently launched), emerging products for boats and RVs (concept phase), and non-insurance offerings such as property tax optimization (launching soon). Each domain presents distinct operational complexity, customer personas, regulatory requirements, and scaling paths. Your core responsibilities: rapidly ramp on a new domain, synthesize quantitative insights from the Data Science team and qualitative research from Customer Insights, identify high-leverage priorities, build and ship products, gather customer feedback, iterate, and scale what works. You will own the roadmap and execution from early concept or launch through product-market fit and growth. The role demands first-principles thinking—approaching problems with curiosity and data-driven hypotheses before jumping to solutions. You must be an owner who acts with accountability across boundaries, deeply empathetic to customer needs, and diligent in execution. You should bring 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer product management, or high-growth startup experience, with strong consumer product instincts and comfort running your own data analysis to build conviction from incomplete signals. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity with real complexity—property tax rules vary by county, specialty vehicle insurance involves regulatory nuance—and meaningful impact on the company's trajectory over the next few years.
