As Senior Product Manager for Network Path at Datadog, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for how customers visualize, monitor, and troubleshoot network traffic across complex hybrid and cloud environments. You'll partner with Network, DevOps, and SRE teams to understand infrastructure management challenges, network visibility gaps, and how Datadog's product can help them observe, isolate, and remediate latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues across public internet, cloud providers, and private data centers. Key responsibilities include defining strategy and pioneering new ways to visualize end-to-end network paths, determining how to capture, analyze, and map complex routing data for hop-by-hop visibility. You'll own the core Network Path roadmap with deep coverage for cloud-native networking (AWS VPCs, Transit Gateways), SD-WAN, and traditional on-premise routing topologies. You'll explore ways to combine flow and metrics data to provide holistic network health views and pinpoint problems. You'll partner with Product Marketing to articulate business value of network path monitoring, showing customers how improved visibility reduces MTTR and optimizes cloud egress costs. You'll identify opportunities to build intelligent alerting and root-cause analysis capabilities, working with engineering to surface network bottlenecks, ISP outages, or misconfigured security groups before they impact applications. You'll also work across product teams to identify opportunities for integrated experiences—bridging infrastructure monitoring, application performance, and network health—and partner with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption across thousands of customers. Required: 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Management experience with exposure to Network Performance Monitoring, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Operations. Deep understanding of how network performance impacts user experience and application reliability. Think like a business owner, holding yourself accountable for KPIs around product adoption and network data ingestion. Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills to link technical network metrics with business objectives. Strong execution across teams, GTM experience for B2B SaaS, excellent communication skills, and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
