Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Money Movement team, which builds and scales the systems powering how customers move money into, out of, and within the platform. This includes payment rails, integrations with financial data providers, and partnerships with payment processors. In this role, you will set the strategic vision and deliver products that scale money flow across Robinhood's global ecosystem. You'll lead zero-to-one product launches, own complex integrations with fintech partners, and evolve payment infrastructure to move money faster and reliably. You'll partner closely with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and user-friendly. Key responsibilities include: - Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for core money movement rails and vendor integrations (data aggregators, payment processors) - Lead zero-to-one initiatives to move assets and money faster, scaling payment infrastructure - Drive improvements in system reliability and user experience—scaling transaction success rates, account funding, and reducing operational overhead - Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce transaction failures, latency, and operational costs - Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems supporting deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement - Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met You bring 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record building complex financial infrastructure or money movement products. You have familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks, stablecoin) and vendor integrations. You demonstrate high technical empathy, use user research and analytics to guide decisions, and can navigate ambiguity while driving alignment across senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, and external partners are essential. The role is based in Menlo Park with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
