Sentry is an application monitoring platform trusted by 200,000+ organizations, helping developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice. The Mobile team processes over a billion events daily and is building the next generation of observability tools for mobile developers worldwide. In this Senior Product Manager role, you will own the mobile product strategy and execution, though with a collaborative approach where the Engineering Manager holds the "product owner" title. Your core responsibilities include: **Discovery & Insights**: Build a continuous system to gather signal from users, customers, sales, support, product data, competitors, and market trends. Synthesize this into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that guide the Mobile roadmap. Actively engage Sales, Support, and Solutions teams who have direct customer insight. **Developer Advocacy**: Maintain steady engagement with developers and engineering leaders. Represent their needs in internal decisions, validate ideas quickly before engineering commitment, and keep the team aligned on top priorities for this persona. **Experience Elevation**: Partner with the Engineering Manager and Mobile engineers to improve the full user journey—from catching and surfacing mobile issues in Sentry to resolving them automatically. Cover native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering and internal stakeholders across the company. Build trust through clear communication and delivering on commitments. **AI Integration**: Apply judgment about where AI adds leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis. Build AI into repeatable systems rather than one-off workflows. **Measurement**: Commit to measurable objectives tied to customer and business value. Track usage and revenue metrics, and convert insights into hypotheses and action. You should be relentlessly curious about users, genuinely care about developer experience, and have hands-on mobile development experience. You're a high-agency self-starter who organizes your own work and leads through context and collaboration rather than control. Required: 3+ years as a Mobile developer, 5+ years as a Product Manager (ideally B2B SaaS observability), direct customer discovery experience, strong business judgment with data affinity, excellent communication, fluency with AI in daily workflows, and willingness to relocate to Vienna.
