Payoneer is a global financial platform founded in 2005 that simplifies cross-border business operations. With over 2,500 employees worldwide, the company serves customers and partners in 190+ countries, offering solutions spanning global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence.
You will own a core domain within the Payoneer mobile app, which serves as a primary engagement and execution surface for customers. This role directly impacts activation, conversion, trust, and repeat usage metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of a mobile domain from strategy and problem definition through delivery and measurable impact
- Analyzing funnel gaps, identifying root causes, defining hypotheses, and shipping improvements that move key metrics
- Building mobile-first experiences that leverage native capabilities for clarity, speed, and trust
- Making clear tradeoffs between quick wins and long-term product direction
- Partnering with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize business impact
You should have 6-10 years of product management experience with at least 2+ years owning a mobile app domain end-to-end. Proven impact on activation, conversion, or engagement metrics is essential. You'll need strong funnel thinking and experimentation experience, ability to drive execution with engineering teams at scale, and capacity to define direction rather than just execute backlog. High ownership, independent operation, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in global matrixed organizations are required. A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to fast-paced environments is critical.
