Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 / annual
Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry, a medical information management platform serving life sciences companies. You will own the product definition, solution architecture, and roadmap for this product area, working closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams.
In this hands-on role, you will design and prototype solutions rapidly, validate product-market fit, and ensure the team solves the right problems in the right order. You'll author detailed specifications and user stories, communicate architectural requirements to engineering, and manage the product backlog. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Product Management to ensure solutions harmonize across Veeva's platform.
Key responsibilities include staying current with Medical Information software and Life Sciences industry trends, translating them into product requirements; designing and configuring MedInquiry solutions; and iterating based on customer feedback and market data. You'll take ownership of your product area's success while maintaining a passion for excellence and a commitment to solving real customer problems.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with demonstrated expertise in case management and customer service intake channels. You must have exceptional communication skills, experience with design and strategic planning, and a track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams. Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart is required. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline. Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with digital product design tools such as Figma and familiarity with Medical Information systems.
