Veeva Systems, a $3B+ revenue SaaS leader in life sciences industry cloud, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build and grow Veeva MedInquiry, a medical information and inquiry management platform. You'll own the product definition, solution architecture, and roadmap for this next-generation Medical Affairs capability, working directly with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams.
In this hands-on role, you'll design and prototype solutions rapidly, validate product-market fit, and author detailed specifications that guide engineering execution. You'll manage the product roadmap, stay current with Medical Information software trends and life sciences industry developments, and translate customer insights into actionable requirements. Collaboration is key—you'll work across Engineering, QA, and Product Management to ensure solutions harmonize across the Veeva platform ecosystem.
You bring 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with demonstrated expertise in case management, customer service intake channels, and strategic product development. You're skilled at writing user stories, managing backlogs, understanding data modeling and architectural requirements, and working independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Strong communication—both verbal and written—is essential. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field is required. You must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada and based in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with digital design tools (Figma) and familiarity with Medical Information workflows. Veeva is a public benefit corporation committed to balancing customer, employee, and societal interests. The company offers flexible work arrangements, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), PTO, retirement programs, and a 1% charitable giving program.
