Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry, a medical information and case management platform serving the life sciences industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams to define product strategy, solution architecture, and detailed specifications.
Key responsibilities include designing and prototyping solutions for medical inquiry workflows, authoring high-quality product specifications and user stories, creating and managing the product roadmap, and collaborating across engineering, QA, and product teams. You'll need to stay current with Medical Information software trends and translate market insights into actionable product requirements. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and the ability to rapidly iterate based on customer feedback.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with demonstrated expertise in case management and customer service intake channels. You should have a strong track record designing and delivering products, writing detailed user stories, and managing backlogs. Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and design tools like Lucidchart is essential. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are critical for translating customer needs and technical constraints into clear product direction. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada and based in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with digital design tools (Figma) and familiarity with Medical Information software.
