Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 / annual

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry, a medical information management platform serving life sciences companies. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, prototype, and validate solutions rapidly while working closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include: - Design and prototype Veeva MedInquiry solutions, defining product specifications and solution maps - Create and manage the product roadmap for your area, collaborating across engineering, QA, and product teams - Author high-quality specifications and communicate actionable requirements to engineering - Research medical information software and life sciences industry trends, translating them into product requirements - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions harmonize across Veeva applications - Manage case management and customer service intake channel capabilities You'll need 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with demonstrated expertise in case management, customer service intake channels, and product development. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, as is experience writing detailed user stories and managing backlogs. Technical competencies include understanding data modeling (ERDs) and design tools like Lucidchart and Figma. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, and have a track record of effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline is required. Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada. The role offers flexibility to work from home or in the office, supporting Veeva's Work Anywhere culture.
