The company is building human-led, AI-enhanced learning experiences at global scale. As Senior Product Manager for MarTech Scale, you will own the product strategy and execution for Preply's marketing technology platform—the engine that scales acquisition channels far beyond manual effort. You'll drive products across Paid Search, SEO, AI Search, Display (Meta, TikTok), Affiliates, and emerging channels. Key responsibilities include: **Paid Acquisition at Scale**: Own the SEM platform that manages millions of keywords, automating discovery, bidding, account structure, and ad copy generation. Build creative automation for Display channels across dozens of languages and regions. Develop channel-management products that automate bidding, partner onboarding, and reporting so the marketing team can operate at unprecedented efficiency. **Organic & AI Search**: Lead product strategy for a step-change in SEO scale—a page-creation engine that turns keyword opportunities into high-quality content automatically. Shape Preply's positioning in AI Search as discovery shifts from traditional search to LLM-powered answers. Continuously evolve the engine to stay ahead of search behavior and AI tools. **Conversion Optimization**: Own the Preply homepage and the platform powering bespoke landing pages across channels. Deeply understand user intent from different acquisition sources and match that to landing experience. Run fast experimentation cycles across geographies and audiences. **AI-Native Marketing**: Make AI a first-class building block in all platforms you ship—from keyword generation to page creation to creative automation. Be the standard-bearer for AI inside the Marketing org, proactively identifying where AI compounds marketer output. Build platforms and guardrails that let every marketer operate with AI safely and effectively. You'll have end-to-end accountability for your area, setting long-term vision and strategy, driving daily execution with a dedicated cross-functional team, and measuring impact on customer outcomes and business growth. You'll partner closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams, with high visibility to C-suite leadership.
