Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor staffing for manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through a two-sided marketplace connecting workers with distribution centers and manufacturing facilities across the country.
As Senior Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's platform, balancing the needs of enterprise customers (warehouse and manufacturing operators) with the workers they depend on. You'll report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate across engineering, design, data analytics, operations, and field teams.
Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy for critical staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering to execute; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling to scale operations; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and spends time on-site with both sides of the marketplace. You're AI-native—you've changed how you work because of AI, not just added it to your stack. You have 5-7 years of PM experience with a strong track record of shipping products that moved business outcomes. You bring deep expertise in two-sided marketplaces with real supply-demand dynamics, enterprise B2B products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments, and internal operational tooling. You're a first-principles thinker comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and operate seamlessly across functions. Strong technical fluency and startup experience are essential.
