Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 / annual

Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through a staffing marketplace connecting workers to warehouses and manufacturing facilities, and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst. You will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's marketplace, working across both supply (workers) and demand (enterprise customers running distribution centers and manufacturing lines). You'll architect product strategy for critical staffing and marketplace workflows, solve complex two-sided marketplace problems, and translate operational complexity into scalable product systems. Key responsibilities include: - Architecting and stewarding product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows - Balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes to solve marketplace problems - Writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering to execute solutions - Building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency - Using data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace questions - Designing smart internal tooling and technical solutions to scale operations - Launching and iterating products across customers, regions, and operational environments - Communicating complex systems, workflows, and strategy across all levels and departments - Collaborating with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, operations, and field teams The role reports directly to the VP of Product. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager - Evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes - Strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics - Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments - Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution - Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams - Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter - Willingness to work at a startup and cover an exceptionally wide surface area - Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company Desired traits: Customer-obsessed with on-site time spent with both customers and workers; AI-native operator who has changed how you work because of AI; first-principles thinker; operations systems builder; builder mentality with scrappy problem-solving; deeply collaborative across functions.
