Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through workforce management and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba leverages proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. As Senior Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, directly impacting supply, demand, fulfillment, and marketplace health. You'll work across both enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing facilities) and workers, collaborating with engineering, design, data, operations, and field teams. Key responsibilities include architecting product strategy for staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, and matching quality; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable systems; designing internal tooling to scale operations; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels. You should be customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers. You're AI-native, having changed how you work because of AI—prototyping, building internal agents, and operating with modern tools. You have deep marketplace experience understanding liquidity, matching, incentives, and trust dynamics. You've built enterprise B2B products for complex customers with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. You think from first principles, understand systems deeply, and have built operational products or internal tools that powered real businesses. You're a builder with a scrappy mentality, moving quickly through ambiguity, and you work seamlessly across functions. Required: 5–7 years as a Product Manager with evidence of shipping products that moved business outcomes; strong two-sided marketplace experience; enterprise product experience with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments; experience building internal operational tooling; strong technical fluency; startup environment experience; and a desire to cover wide surface area in a category-defining company.
