DocPlanner (formerly Doctoralia) is a leading patient-doctor marketplace operating in 13 countries with 90+ million monthly patients and 300k+ specialists. The company is backed by top-tier VCs including Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and One Peak Partners.
As Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Visibility, you will own the product strategy and business logic that determines how doctors and clinics are ranked, matched, and surfaced across the marketplace. You'll also oversee paid visibility products (First Class, Media360) that enable doctors to grow their patient base.
Key responsibilities include:
**Doctor Success Strategy**: Own retention, churn reduction, and zero-booking doctor metrics. Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to set doctors up for success from onboarding through renewal. Design differentiated success journeys for different customer segments, specialties, and maturity levels.
**Ranking & Relevance**: Define the business logic governing how doctors and clinics are ranked and surfaced in search and listings. Balance patient experience against doctor outcomes and commercial objectives. Build evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and experiments to continuously improve ranking quality.
**Paid Visibility Products**: Own the roadmap for First Class (premium placement) and Media360 (managed patient-acquisition media). Make ROI transparent and repeatable for customers.
**Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use SQL and analytics tools daily to answer questions, size opportunities, and validate decisions independently. Instrument products well, define key metrics, build dashboards, and drive an experimentation culture with A/B testing.
**AI-Native Workflows**: Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, AI prototyping) daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution. Move quickly from research to validation and iteration.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams. Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and optimize customer outcomes.
You'll need 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or marketplace products, with strong analytical skills and a track record of driving retention and revenue outcomes.
