ChowNow is a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform serving thousands of independent restaurants across North America. The company helps restaurant owners manage their digital dining experience—from branded websites and mobile apps to online ordering, menu management, delivery consolidation, and marketing—enabling them to own customer relationships and avoid third-party delivery app fees.
As Senior Product Manager for the Marketing Agent domain, you will own the strategy and execution of ChowNow's marketing automation capabilities. Today, the product requires restaurant owners to manually configure marketing campaigns. Your mission is to evolve this into an intelligent system that proposes campaigns, executes them autonomously, and demonstrates measurable results—effectively doing the marketing work on behalf of tens of thousands of restaurants who lack in-house marketing resources, agencies, or bandwidth.
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product and own this domain outright with no direct reports. This is an individual contributor role focused on product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution. You'll work with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to transform how restaurants approach marketing.
The ideal candidate deeply understands the challenges independent restaurants face, puts their success at the center of product decisions, and has a track record of shipping products that solve real problems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, setting ambitious goals, and collaborating across teams to drive impact. Experience with AI/ML-powered product features, marketing automation, or SMB/restaurant tech is valuable but not required—what matters most is your ability to empathize with restaurant owners and build products that genuinely help them thrive.
