Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of margin and settlement infrastructure products. This role sits at the intersection of trading, finance, and blockchain technology, responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution for margin trading and settlement systems that serve millions of users globally.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for margin and settlement infrastructure, including requirements definition, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, compliance, and risk teams, and go-to-market strategy. The role involves deep technical understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics, margin lending models, collateral management, and risk frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product vision and strategy for margin and settlement infrastructure
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborating with engineering to design scalable, secure systems
- Working with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Analyzing user behavior and market data to drive product decisions
- Managing product roadmap and prioritization across competing initiatives
- Communicating product strategy to stakeholders and leadership
You will be working on infrastructure that underpins one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, serving hundreds of millions of users across 100+ countries. The infrastructure must handle extreme scale, security requirements, and regulatory complexity across multiple jurisdictions.
