Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the digital backbone of manufacturing and industrial design systems. This role is central to ArsenalOS, Anduril's strategic operating system for the hardware enterprise lifecycle, connecting design, planning, and execution into one adaptive environment.
You will define and deliver systems that power virtual builds, process simulations, model-based definition, factory layout, and design-for-manufacturing workflows. The goal is to transform slow, manual processes into a cohesive digital thread that enables manufacturing and industrial engineers to plan, simulate, and validate production before physical assembly begins.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement a connected pre-operations software ecosystem spanning PLM, work instructions, process/plant planning, simulation, and MES integration
- Digitize workflows for virtual builds, simulations, process validation, and DFM analysis
- Enable model-based data continuity, ensuring PMI, GD&T, and design intent flow from CAD through process planning to execution
- Deploy configurable integrations between CAD, PLM, and MES platforms to create a seamless digital thread
- Enable automation and AI adoption, allowing engineers to 10X their productivity
- Develop metrics measuring engineering throughput, process time, simulation coverage, and build readiness
- Drive user adoption and change management for new pre-operations digital capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years designing, developing, and implementing CAD, PLM, MES, and ERP systems in complex manufacturing environments
- Experience with industrial manufacturing processes (heavy metal fabrication, welding, machining, assembly)
- Technical fluency in CAD, PLM, process simulation, and MES platforms
- Systems thinking and deep empathy for engineering workflows
- Integration mindset with comfort defining APIs, data standards, and system architectures
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, AI, robotics, or defense is a strong plus
- Bias for enablement and execution focus with ability to iterate quickly and measure impact
This role offers the opportunity to directly impact how Anduril out-builds and out-scales the traditional defense industrial base by ensuring products move from design to production with speed, precision, and confidence.
