As Senior Product Manager for Life Insurance Products, you will lead end-to-end development of diverse life insurance offerings including Whole Life, Permanent Life, Term, Indexed Universal Life, Final Expense, and Disability Insurance products. You'll work across the complete life insurance lifecycle—from product design and distribution through underwriting, purchase, and administration.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with carrier partners to implement new products; working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data scientists to understand and integrate policy administration systems; leveraging ACORD standards for standardized insurance data exchange; analyzing new product opportunities and distribution channels; contributing to eApplication systems development; supporting policy contract creation systems; and creating medium- and long-term product vision. You'll participate in product discovery, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and optimize the product portfolio for accessibility, simplicity, and business impact.
You bring minimum 5 years of product management experience with a proven track record launching life insurance products. You have deep knowledge of the life insurance lifecycle, policy administration systems, underwriting, and policy issuance. You're proficient with ACORD standards, eApplication systems, policy contract creation systems, and life insurance illustration platforms. You excel at integrating with carrier systems, analyzing new opportunities, scaling products, and driving results through experimentation and data analysis. You thrive in a growth-oriented environment and understand current product best practices.
