PHIL is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch of new clients onto its healthcare platform while ensuring their ongoing success. This role uniquely blends implementation and product management: during high-launch periods, you'll own end-to-end client onboarding; during slower periods, you'll drive product roadmap work. You'll lead client discovery sessions to understand goals and constraints, translate requirements into concrete launch plans, and guide manufacturer and provider partners through B2B2C product decisions that shape patient and provider experiences. You'll partner closely with engineering to scope and sequence client-specific configurations, manage stakeholder expectations, and track outcomes to continuously improve the launch process. On the product side, you'll own roadmap prioritization, use data to evaluate performance and identify adoption/engagement opportunities, and collaborate across design, engineering, client success, and commercial teams. You'll define and monitor metrics tied to business outcomes like retention and value delivery, and identify improvements to the client program. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, solutions architecture, or similar client-facing product roles in technology-driven environments. You should have proven experience leading client or partner implementations (discovery, planning, go-live), working knowledge of B2B and B2C principles, comfort scoping technical work with engineering teams, strong project management instincts, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and data fluency. Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated-domain experience is a plus. You'll need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, high agency, and adaptability to flex between deep implementation work and standard product management as demand shifts.
