MoonPay Enterprise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Know Your Business (KYB) product vertical. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of KYB capabilities that power how stablecoins and tokenized assets move through enterprise financial operations.
The role sits at the intersection of compliance, user experience, and financial infrastructure. You'll work with enterprises, fintechs, payment service providers, wallets, and marketplaces to solve real-world treasury, cross-border, and stablecoin operation challenges. Your product decisions directly impact how CFOs and treasury teams manage risk and scale operations on MoonPay's platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning the KYB product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
- Collaborating with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ship features that solve enterprise pain points
- Conducting customer research and translating insights into product requirements
- Measuring product impact through metrics that matter: adoption, retention, revenue, and risk reduction
- Staying ahead of regulatory and market trends in identity verification and business compliance
You'll operate in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment where outcomes matter more than process. AI is embedded in how the company operates—you're expected to leverage it daily to amplify your impact. The team values hard problems, real ownership, and a bias toward shipping.
