Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations Delivery to drive the development and expansion of its integration catalog, which currently includes over 430 integrations. This role sits within the Automation group and focuses on helping customers discover, connect to, and leverage third-party platforms to monitor compliance and generate audit evidence.
Key responsibilities include managing the integrations roadmap by evaluating inputs from product teams, customers, and business goals to prioritize which new integrations and capabilities to build. You'll work closely with engineering and design to plan sequencing, determine integration depth, and maintain existing integrations. The role involves direct customer engagement to understand integration needs, partnership activation with integration leads, and cross-functional collaboration on marketing, enablement, and discovery.
You'll measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, with a focus on data availability and customer compliance outcomes. The position requires balancing multiple workstreams, coordinating across teams, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the development lifecycle.
Success in this role requires 4+ years of experience in integration delivery with a track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations. Ideally, you've owned an integration catalog or category. You should have strong prioritization frameworks, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and technical fluency in APIs, authentication, and permissions. Strong planning and coordination abilities are essential, as is openness to using AI to amplify your work and improve efficiency.
