As Senior Product Manager for Identity & User Security, you will lead the authorization and notification strategies that protect thousands of businesses daily. Your responsibilities include owning core identity products with initial focus on authorization (roles, permissions, approvals) and customer/security notifications. You'll set vision and roadmap for identity, authorization, and notifications—sequencing strategic bets that impact company-level metrics across onboarding, usage, and recovery. You'll design secure, intuitive user journeys that balance simplicity with robust protection against fraud, abuse, and account takeover. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Data Science, you'll ship scalable, AI-ready platform capabilities (APIs, services, components) safe for consumption by AI agents and users. You'll own the global notification strategy—defining what, when, and how to notify customers across channels while managing risk, cost, and abuse vectors like SMS pumping. Required: 6+ years of product management leading complex cross-functional initiatives for platform, infrastructure, or B2B products at scale. You need experience shipping customer or developer-facing capabilities in payments, financial services, SaaS, or security/infrastructure domains. Strong technical fluency with APIs, services, data pipelines, and observability is essential. You must have experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments (fintech, payments, banking) or proven ability to quickly master complex, policy-heavy domains. You're data-driven, defining metrics and conducting self-serve analysis (SQL, dashboards). You excel at cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Design. You communicate clearly—simplifying complex technical and risk concepts for engineers, executives, and external partners. You own problems end-to-end from framing through discovery, design, delivery, rollout, and iteration. Preferred: Experience with identity/access platforms (IAM, authN/authZ, policy engines, audit/logging) or large-scale notification systems. Background in fraud prevention, security engineering, or risk management. Experience building platform capabilities consumed by multiple teams. Familiarity with SMS/email infrastructure and abuse mitigation. Global-scale shipping experience across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
