Rubrik is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Resilience, a rapidly growing business line focused on enterprise identity security. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you will own the complete product lifecycle for Rubrik's Identity Protection portfolio—from board-level vision to technical execution. You will define how enterprises secure, audit, and recover critical identity infrastructure including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and Ping Identity systems. Working from the Bengaluru office in a hybrid model, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leadership to build a multi-million dollar business line. Key responsibilities include: developing and evolving the multi-year product roadmap for enterprise identity protection; leading 0-to-1 feature development from discovery through mainstream adoption; partnering with Principal Engineers on complex technical trade-offs around scale, security, and hybrid cloud/on-premises architectures; acting as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CISOs and IT executives to translate pain points into product requirements; enabling global sales, marketing, and customer success teams on positioning and competitive differentiation; championing AI-native product development using agentic workflows and LLMs; and defining north-star metrics for adoption, reliability, and growth. You'll need 8+ years of B2B enterprise software product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, identity management (IAM, PAM, IGA), or cloud infrastructure. You must demonstrate a proven track record of navigating extreme ambiguity, taking security products from concept to product-market fit and commercial scale, and influencing cross-functional director-level peers without direct authority. Strong customer-facing experience with technical depth is essential—you'll lead deep-dives with enterprise security buyers. The role rewards ownership, bold bets, rapid iteration, and intellectual honesty in a flat hierarchy.
