Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity graph and correlation layer of its cloud-native Identity Security Platform. This role sits at the heart of the platform, responsible for the inventory of identities and resources, the correlation service that resolves scattered accounts into a single person or AI agent, and the graph that traces what that identity can access.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver the identity graph and correlation service that consolidate scattered accounts across multiple clouds into unified identities and determine what each identity can reach.
- Own the inventory and resource explorer that other Delinea products depend on, ensuring coverage and freshness requirements are met.
- Define how effective access is computed and where that computation lives, ensuring consistent interpretation across all consumers of the data.
- Publish contracts, schemas, and change feeds for the team's data, enforcing schema governance.
- Define latency and consistency classes for graph queries and determine which answers are suitable for request paths.
- Converge the correlation and graph stores currently in operation into a unified plan with operating teams.
- Validate that replacement data paths return identical results before migration.
- Partner with product teams consuming this data to design services they can adopt without custom integration.
- Maintain tenant isolation across a multi-tenant dataset and control cross-tenant query access.
- Track quarterly adoption of published contracts and drive API-first design for self-service integration.
You will collaborate closely with graph engineering, data science, and dependent product teams. Travel up to 25% expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), model fine-tuning, and training.
- Proven ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
- Demonstrated collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define and deliver solutions balancing technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
- Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through full lifecycle.
- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical capabilities into business value.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
- Experience engaging with open source or technical user communities.
